SUMMARY OF OUR BELIEFS

That the entire Bible is the Word of God; hence without error, contradiction or myth. That God sent His Son, born of a virgin, into this world to suffer, die, and rise again for our eternal salvation. He (Jesus) will return to judge the living and the dead. That Jesus Christ has forgiven all people, everywhere, their sins; and that this forgiveness becomes ours, personally, by faith in Him. That God, the Holy Spirit, works in and speaks to us today through, and only through His Word (The Bible). That saving faith is worked in the believer's heart solely through the action of the Holy Spirit working through the Gospel, the Good News of Jesus life, death and resurrection. That all true believers make up the universal body of Christ; and that spiritual oneness is manifested through doctrinal unity of the Truth.

Christ Lutheran Church is a member of The Evangelical Lutheran Synod (ELS)headquartered in Mankato, Minnesota, and is affiliated with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS), headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Together they form a worldwide body of conservative confessional Lutheran churches, with more than 1300 congregations in North America, as well as many countries throughout all the world. Through our affiliations, we reach out to people of many different backgrounds and cultures world wide. We support mission work with our donations, our prayers, and our own witnessing.
